The 2018 rankings are based on the highest number of participating firms and highest number of client ballots on record. To be eligible for a ranking, a firm must have a lawyer listed in The Best Lawyers in America, which recognizes the top 4 percent of practicing attorneys in the U.S. Over 21,000 attorneys provided almost 700,000 law firm assessments, and over 8,000 clients provided more than 47,000 evaluations.

Best Lawyers 2018 Recognition
In addition to the Best Law Firms accolade, Younce, Vtipil, Baznik & Banks, P.A.’s founding partners have also been selected as Best Lawyers through the same rating agency.
David Vtipil was selected as a Best Lawyer in Raleigh, NC for both the Personal Injury Litigation – Plaintiffs and the Workers’ Compensation Law – Claimants sections this year. He has been recognized for both of these awards every year since 2015.
Our other founding partner, Robert Younce Jr. ‘Chip’, gained his first recognition as a Best Lawyer for his work in NC Workers’ Compensation Law – Claimants this year.
