Attorney Chip Younce moved to Raleigh with his family when he was just seven years old, receiving his law degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Today, Mr. Younce is a member of the North Carolina Advocates for Justice, the Wake County Bar Association, and the North Carolina Bar Association, as well as other groups. He is also very active in his local church.
Attorney David Vtipil is also a member of the North Carolina Bar Association, the Wake County Bar Association, and the North Carolina Academy of Trial Lawyers, as well as the Association of Trial Lawyers of America. When he is away from the office, Mr. Vtipil spends time with his family and working with the Athens Drive Arts Foundation.
Attorney Joe Baznik, an Illinois native, moved to Raleigh in 2007 to dedicate his work to representing the people of Raleigh and surrounding areas. In addition to being a member of the North Carolina Bar Association, he is also licensed to practice law before the U.S. District Court for the Western District of North Carolina. Attorney Ashley Banks is a native of Chapel Hill who moved to Raleigh for college and law school, and decided to embrace the city as her home. She is a graduate of North Carolina State University and the Norman Adrian Wiggins School of Law at Campbell University. Brief History of Raleigh
The City of Raleigh, founded in 1792, is the capital of North Carolina. It was named for Sir Walter Raleigh, the English soldier and adventurer who was the sponsor of the first English colony in America at Roanoke Island, North Carolina.
